What the hell is going on in Libya?

Not sure what the hell is going on there but I’ve already found out the the victory footage in Green Square has been faked with people waving Indian flags. Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

It’s easy to find. This shit came out last year. But the media try to use footage for India to claim it was from Libya.
