How can I disable welcome screen in XP on start up?

START
CONTROL PANEL
USER ACCOUNTS
CHANGE THE WAY USERS LOG ON OR OFF
and UNTICK "USE THE WELCOME SCREEN"

Download Ubuntu from http://www.ubuntu.com/. Burn the ISO and insert it into your drive. Restart from the CD / DVD. Follow the instructions to install Ubuntu and ... voila your XP welcome screen will be there no more.
