What did you think about the 60 Minutes episode last night about Christians in Israel?

It was very interesting. Just part of evolution, I’m afraid. I think these sites will always be open to visitors because of the commercial possibilities. Living there as a Christian is another matter.

I thought it was a legitimate story that was well balanced if too short. Michael Oren didn’t come out of it well. Why did the Israeli Ambassador to the US contact CBS’s News Chief and the 60 Minutes Executive producer in an attempt to suppress the programme? Before he knew what it would contain. What is he frightened of, is it the truth. The media in the Land of the Free shouldn’t have to suffer this sort of political interference.
