How does the number of GAs an answer has already gotten affect the likelihood that you'll give it a GA?

I’m just exploring the psychology of lurve here, nothing more.
Do you have an idea of what a “1 GA” answer is like vs. a “3 GA” answer, or a “10 GA” answer? Do you look at the number of GAs an answer has already garnered and think, “Oh, that’s worth more recognition than that”, or “8 GAs? Really?”, or “That’s already gotten about what it deserves”?
Will this kind of judgment affect how likely you are to award a GA?
