Seven – the sloth scene when the cops discover the body in bed is a semi good jump scare
Scream 1 – chase scene when Neve Campbell tries to escape the killer by running upstairs in her house.

Paranormal Activity 1 and 2. Super scary in a suspenseful way. Lots of popcorn went flying in the theater when I saw the first one.

I do not watch horror movies, but you could try playing F.E.A.R. or Doom 3

Cloverfield

There’s a pretty good jump scene in Mulholland Dr., though, that’s not horror, it’s still pretty freaky.

The Ring has a lot of jump scenes.
