How to convert voice record to mp3 format. It's urgent.

I apply in an online job and they are asking me to email my voice record that is in mp3 format. Urgent help please!

Download Audacity, it’s great for conversions and recording. Also, make sure you download the LAME codec pack, they will have a link to it.
