For those of you that have an iphone. What phone did you have before? Or, what phone would you have?

a helio….I think they’re cute!
Blackberry Pearl. Good phone but never thought of going back not once.
You’re not just asking so that you can later tell us that non-iPhone use is an abomination and that we are going to hell unless we repent and resume using an iPhone, are you?
I don’t know much about the Glyde, but the marketing has me hooked.
@kevbo: Dude, not really, it was just a question. Just wanted to know what people would use, or what they had before they got an iphone.
Most likely the Blackberry Bold.
I use to have a moto slvr. If I didn’t have an iphone, I would probably have a Samsung Blackjack, or a Blackberry.
@wine, just a running joke that happened to land on your question.
Before my iPhone, I had a pay as you go Virgin Snapper. It was a hand me down from my gf’s son. When I got my iPhone, I gave the Snapper to my dad.
I’d say scissors to the eye. I couldn’t go on without it anymore. I had a samaung D807 before my iPhone. It broke which was my reasoning for getting an iPhone.
At first, I was set on the blackjack, until I went to purchase one, and renew my contract. When the at&t guy told me the price for everything, I told him to keep it. I would have paid the extra money and got the phone I wanted all along, which was my iphone. I’m happy I made that decision.
I have an ipod touch for fun and a Motorola Q for a phone.
B.I. = sidekick II
A.I. = ? maybe a Helio
I don’t have an iPhone, my next option for a phone would be PROBABLY:
LG Vu
Pantek Duo
or
the AT&T Tilt
I don’t think there is anything else even worthy of consideration.
depends on what service provider you have and if you want/need to stick with them. Personally, I like the blackberry pearl, but there’s a plethora of phones available, some with touch screens and decent price points. http://www.engadgetmobile.com/ will have a lot of information on newer cell phones coming out. If you want a touchscreen and are stuck with Sprint, the Instinct is a cheap and nice touch-screen phone.
