After scraping my leg across something rusty and drawing blood, how long can I wait to get a tetanus shot?

I can’t remember the last time I had a tetanus so, so I plan to get one now, since I cut myself. But can I wait until tomorrow to go see my regular doc instead of rushing into the ER now?
