Where can I buy Salvia in DC or Maryland?

I want to buy some Salvia, but I need to ask everybody if they know of any specific stores that sell it in or around Washington D.C. and where they are if so?

Salvia Divinorum is often sold as a legal smoke-able hallucinogen. It is sold at various smoke shops in certain states, one of them being Maryland. I am looking for one that does.
