If a Justice League movie were made, who would play Batman?
Christian Bale said that we would not be returning to the Batman role. Who would make the best Batman for the Justice League?
BQ: If they did make a Justice League movie, do you see the cast being very young? As in 20-somethings? Armie Hammer was cast as Batman in the Justice League movie that was cancelled. I thought he looked too young to play Batman. What do you think?

Batman is probably the most complicated of super heroes. He is sadistic, cruel, forgiving, merciful, brilliant, base, and tortured.
Christian Bale hasn’t really hit all the notes. Michael Keaton (who is too old for a new Justice League movie) did a much better job.
How about Viggo Mortensen?
Jon Hamm would be fantastic both at acting and looking the part. Maybe Tom Jane.
I would pay serious top dollar if Mickey Rooney were given this role, please make it happen, times a running out for the little fella.
Oooooh, I like @filmfann‘s idea. Cast Viggo Mortensen in the role!
First of all, Christian Bale is probably only saying that in order to stimulate a big money offer.
Having said it, I would vote for Chris Pine
I second Thomas Jane, he’s in the right age bracket, has the size, has the look. I don’t think the suave side of Batman is as important as the gritty, batty side, but he could just about pull that side off as well. I would have said Tom Hardy… Well, stranger things have happened.
@Rheto_Ric Tom Hardy would probably make a good Batman, come to think of it.
Verne Troyer is still the best for the role, followed closely by Danny Devito.
DAnny…. DeVito? FOr batman?
Yes. He is perfect for the role.
Michael “Magneto” Fassbender could play Batman in a Justice League movie. Or Aquaman.
Sid Haig would be a great Batman. LOL
