(NSFW) What goes on at Chippendales?

Is Chippendales nothing but hype? Does sex really take place in there? Do the men touch and grope the ladies? Do lap dances occur? Or is it just another flashy show, dance number thing?
Has anyone here been to Chippendales? I’ve never been but have been thinking about and I just want to be prepared.

I haven’t been in probably 20+ years, but there was a lot of dollars (probably 5’s and 20’s now) being put in the g strings with thank you kisses.
I went to a conference in Vegas a few years ago and they were flirting and trying to sell pictures in the Casino entrance. They were a bit touchy but not groping. It was kind of disgusting though since they were younger than my son.
I’ve been. It was less obnoxious than the other 1 or 2 times that I got dragged to see male strippers. The Chippendales production actually seems to emphasize having dancing (and gymnastics) skills, rather than just some guys strutting around in g-strings expecting cash. Overall, they’re young, attractive, well built, and put some work in to their performance. Of course, it’s still (the illusion of) sex for sale, and kind of tawdry. It’s one of those “I’ve experienced it once, no need to go again” sort of things, for me.
To add to what @syz said, they actually do choreographed dance and are men are chosen for their relatively classy look.
Relative to what you’d find at some strip clubs. It must be the shirtless tuxes…
An X of mine went one time and said there was a lot of groping from the women onto the men, with some much less severe groping in the reverse (and mostly only when asked for in some manner).
That is literally the extent of my knowledge of them.

One does not go to strip joint “prepared.” Just go, and let the moment unfold as it will. lol
I’m sorry but what happens in my underwear, stays in my underwear. Lol.
I would imagine it’s mostly depressed married women, or bachelorettes spending money to look at men that their husbands/future husbands will never look like. But then again, I have the same outlook on strip clubs for men as well. Both seem to me to be an exercise in depravity. (prepares for incoming assault)
