Will you share with me your favorite house floor plans?

I love looking at houses with interesting floor plans. Part of the reason I became a realtor when I lived in Florida was because I thoroughly enjoyed going to new model homes and new communities and seeing the new ideas in residential development. When I moved to TN I lost my zeal for it, because almost everything here looks the same, especially the new construction, and the areas of the home that matter to me most are almost always a disappointment here.
I miss it. I miss visiting new and interesting home ideas, and I live in a house with a floor plan I don’t love, which makes me a little antsy.
I sometimes look through the websites that offer plans, but I thought I would ask the collective to link some of their favorites.

@Dutchess_III I had never been on that website before, thanks for the link. I like your house.
@bkcunningham I am having trouble with that link. I can get to the page you linked, but when I try to look at anything on that site it doesn’t load.
It’s a good Webstie @JLeslie. Wassup, anyway? You looking to build?
@Dutchess_III I would love to, but I need to sell my house first.
Have you considered renting?
Sorry the page didn’t work for you, @JLeslie. If you are interested Google HGTV’s 2013 Dream House. I love @Dutchess_III‘s house plan and the site rocks.
@bkcunningham I’m going to try again later, maybe it is the server or something? I want to see it. Thanks for the link.
@Dutchess_III No, not for this house, I would sell it cheap probably instead. I had it on the market for a while, but I took it off. I’m kind of missing the best selling time right now, so I might wait until next spring to try again. Not sure. It’s a nice house, too big, but nice, and the grounds are beautiful, but it isn’t really what we want.
@JLeslie I have a floor plan I love but it’s my own I put together. It’s nice for two people and a great design for enjoying the outside. If you’d like I’ll try to put it in a file and get it to you. It’s very light and airy.
Get it to me too @Adirondackwannabe!
@JLeslie I soooo balked at the realtor when he proposed renting our house. I thought of all the rentors nightmares. But when you get into the upper echelon of renting….$700+ (for Kansas) you get a higher quality of renters. I wrestled with it for a year. But when we’re ready, finally, to build, I’ll rent this house without a second thought.
@Dutchess_III Oh, I am not afraid of renters. I was a realtor, have owned rental properties, and have never had a problem.
Floor plans, Architectural Designs, and Log Homes are the three websites I used to pick my house.
I had to fit the house into the available space as I was living in an old mobile home on the building site. These sites were helpful in finding a house I liked that fit the lot.
Still kind of concerned about renting my house….as a realtor, @JLeslie why don’t you want to rent your house?
@Dutchess_III There is a few reasons. One is I don’t want to own two homes in this area. I am not even 100% sure I will build something if we do sell. The grounds around my house need a lot of attention, and paying someone to do it all would be expensive. Bunches of little reasons that add up. I don’t hate the house, it just isn’t ideal.
@Dutchess_III: I am delighted that you still like that house. I hope that you didn’t buy the tractor and brush hog attachment with the house money.
LOL!! I thinks the house is going to cost a tad bit more than the tractor and the brush hog put together! The reasoning behind spending the money is so that we can get a lot done ourselves as far as clearing and scraping and prepping, so we don’t have to pay someone to do it.
