Name this recent movie?

Recent movie about a kid and his family. One brother was a drunkard and the other was in the hospital and didn’t recognize anybody. They were all under 18, the main guy and his friend went around vandalizing things while “Walking on a Dream” Empire of the sun played. They rolled a bowling ball down a hill and a different drunk guy swerved and died, but it was okay because an old lady hid the bowling ball.
