Women: Are there sites on the internet with photography of men that you frequent?

No. I actually think men look better with clothes on. I love men and I think I always will, but I just think they look better clothed.

Yes, those sites exist – though, sometimes, it’s hard to tell if it’s a site meant for women, or for gay men. Sometimes, it’s pretty clearly a site for gay men, but women can go there, too.

I present My Daguerreotype Boyfriend. Mostly SFW, though there is one of Harry Houdini that gets a little… thong and chains. Ooofff.

I can tell you where men look great – places like GQ.

Oh, I’m sure there are places like that, but if I’m actually wanting to admire the male form, I just go for the gold and look up naked celebrities. I was pleasantly surprised by actually finding a nude photo of Daniel Craig! :D

I have never sought out websites with pictures of men. Of course I do see photos of men I find attractive though. Interesting question @Imadethisupwithnoforethought, given the number of magazines etc. with photos of women.

The only problem is that the men that are considered attractive nowadays are very feminine: neat physiques, no body hair (and if they have facial hair it always looks like it’s taken someone hours to shave it that way), neat eyebrows. I don’t think that seeing a thin, ropey male in teeny, tiny panties is attractive.

Sure. Examples: I look at David Lachapelle’s site now and again, which has lots of scantily and interestingly clothed men. And I’ve been searching for this awesome photo of Marilyn Manson and Twiggy embracing nude forever, so I look at a lot of photos of them. Also, I like to look up this iconic photo sometimes.

Or are you talking about porn? Cause yeah, those exist…

I thought for years after I’d seen it the photo was of Reznor and Manson, but when I spoke to my friend who had owned it in college, she said no, it was Manson and Twiggy – and she had lost it years ago. Whoever it is, if I ever find the photo I’ll share with you.

I have a fascination with George Clooney. I think George Clooney is a beautiful man.

I think there are many women who would agree with you @thesparrow. Similarly Depp, Will Smith etc. I remember as a teenager ripping pictures of American swimmer Mark Spitz out of the newspaper. He had a seriously bad 80s moustache looking back on photos in Google images now.

@Imadethisupwithnoforethought No, there’s not an equal and opposite amount. They exist, but not nearly in the amount nor variety they exist for men; they’re also less mainstream and thus harder to find (hence, why I’m always name-dropping places/people – so that those who don’t know can learn if they are so inclined), and many are something I personally have trouble with calling “for (straight, cis, white) women”. I mean, many of them leave out the more blatant misogyny that exists within a good amount of porn for (hetero, cis, white) men, but a rather shocking amount of porn “for women” still has a good amount of pandering to the male gaze and penis-centrism.

@Bellatrix I find Johnny Depp very attractive, too.
