Do you have any suggestions for interesting fillings for jacket potatoes?

I need to make a simple meal for a large group of people tomorrow, so I thought oven baked jacket potatoes with a variety of cold fillings that can be prepared earlier in the day. I have the basics like cottage cheese and coleslaw sorted, but do you have any more interesting ideas?
