What damages hair more: bleach or hair colour remover?
Maybe it depends on the brand, but what generally tends to be more damaging?

I’m guessing bleach. But I have no clue whatsoever. I’m just guessig so please, don’t make a bet with someone or believe me.
Color remover is extremely harsh on your hair. Why do you need to use the color remover? If it is to remove or lighten a shad or two lighter, you can mix shampoo with the bleach mixture and put it all over your hair starting at the ends and leave on for about 15 minutes to ½ hour. But if you want to remove all the color then a color remover is the way to go. However, like I said , it is extremely harsh on your hair and will make it very brittle and porous. A good keratin pack, or one with protein in it will help. Some colors you can’t remove all all from your hair and you will have to let it grow out. Like Bergin and Nice and Easy brands, which you should never use. You should go to a reputable stylist who can remove the color because there are professional products that are kind to the hair. Good luck to you.
