Hey mobile Fluther users, notice anything?

I added a very long awaited feature, which should hopefully make it easy to browse between mobile and desktop versions, redirecting properly, and then remembering if you prefer the desktop version.
I also added an ad unit in the mobile site, for logged out users only.
Hopefully this will work well—please let me know if you run into any issues.

Thank you, Ben. Great to see you!
So far all goodness.
I appreciate the effort.
I noticed the change.
But I like the desktop version better (it gives me the ‘real’ experience on my phone).
You stated that it is supposed to be easy to switch between them, so that is the first thing I will try to find (out how that is done).
Thanks for the effort.
Edit: Found it.
It is at the bottom of the page.
I am in desktop mode again :-)
Thanks Ben. I really appreciate your taking the time to work on Fluther a bit – especially as I’m almost exclusively on the mobile site.
Nice to “see” you.
I was just going to ask if you guys had done this, or if something was up on my end. Thanks for the work! Personally, I’ve never been bothered by browsing the desktop site on my phone, so I’ll give this a try, but will likely end up switching back.
I was wondering about this earlier today when I was trying to browse from my phone and it kept putting me on the mobile site. I figured it out after a few minutes, but it’s nice seeing this and knowing it wasn’t just me. :)
Great to see some improvements being made!
I saw this update this morning, but I thought it was just a feature I hadn’t noticed before! :P
Thank you ! I’ve appreciated the change.
Now that you mention it…
I noticed the option for desktop but sort of wondered if it had been there all along but I just never knew it. Stranger things have happened.
So does this mean that when I’m on iPhone I can switch over and flag that spammy crap for shopping sites which seems to arrive like clockwork around 3–4 AM EST every morning ?
@Buttonstc Yes! Finally, mobile users can access the ‘flag’ option. :)
Yippee. I hate those stupid early morning spammers :)
I noticed it the other day – thank you! I think every site should offer that. Now I don’t have to be jealous of my fiancĂ©‘s Android’s abilities, at least when it comes to the Fluther site.
Edit: odd that my apostrophe is showing up backwards, though, since I’m typing on a phone keypad right now…
