Horizontal white brite line across tv screen, what's the problem ?

turned on the tv earlier and all see is just a horizontal white line across the screen, anyone about Tv malfunctions? Tv’s about 5 yrs old

it means something is wrong with your tv
; )
I’m sorry I really don’t know what the exact problem is but I suggest finding a place that fixes tv’s (try the manufacturer website for technicians) or just buy a new tv.
