Have you had any recent professional faux pas?

I was just thinking about the thread about sociopaths and psychopaths and wodered; do shrinks ever say things like damn, this guy is fucking crazy?

Or a liar lawyer saying shit, you are so guilty.

Or a doctor saying to his patient – you are in bad shape, glad I’m not you right now…

Or something to the effect.
