What material are the cabinets on the left made of?

Possibly MDF or a laminate. If it’s MDF it probably is finished with two pack paint (spray paint with a hardener).

No real details for materials other than they are custom and milled. Typical laminate may be the cheapest way to get close, but these seem shinier so I’d suspect they custom cut something else to fit.
You can find different colors of plexiglass (acrylic) including white. That would be my guess. It won’t be cheap to do a wall, but probably your best bet as far as researching something to do the same.

They could be an acrylic project, or, as others have said a lamanite. I know that my cabinet maker didn’t want to do it for me. It’s so beautiful and clean looking. I hope you find it. My cabinet maker was concerned about warping if there were no pannels.
It’s a high-gloss PVC film laminated onto a fiberboard panel. This describes the process.
