How are you living your day to day?
I’ve been reading a book about life and how to appreciate the present. Our brain thinks in terms of past, present, and future… which can prevent us from evolving into what we truly are meant be in this life.
So tell me, do you feel like you are appreciating your day to day or are you stuck at home with a mental blockage missing out on all the action?

Yes, I appreciate my day-to-day life. I live aware one day at a time. Mindfulness is a goal of mine. I believe I attain it at times, and at others, it escapes me.
When I concentrate on the task I am doing at the moment, I come closest to that goal. I become mindful of the present. I feel peace at those times.
Stuck at home, missing out.
What’s the title of the book?
I spend nearly every day at home by choice.
Long ago, I made a pledge to myself to be happy every single day for the rest of my life. So far, I have kept my pledge.
Since life threw me a curveball eight months ago, I have become much more pro-active and engaged with everyday life.
For those with mental blockage, how do you intend to free one self? And for those who are living their day to day, I must admit that it gives me peace too.
@FutureMemory, this might sound rediculous and the title is misleading… but its called ‘Make Every Man Want You’ by Marie Forleo…and it has nothing to do with trying to get men. You can read the book in less then an hour…and also of course you can read ‘The Secret.’ I also highly suggest you watch – Brene Brown ‘the Power of Vulnerability’ on youtube. Its a presentation given by a wonderful life coach :) tell me what you think once you’ve watched it!
