When I was adopted, my mother’s coworkers threw a shower for her, and one of the ladies got her this bear from Toys R Us if I’m not mistaken. I was born in September of 1992, and I received Bubba (my bear) in October of 1992. Obviously he’s seen better days, after 20 years…. Haha… I really wanna find another one of him online… Or seven ;) I’d like a new Bubba for sentimental value, but also it might be nice to have one set aside to give to my future child… Any information is helpful! Thanks!

I also have Bubba Bear, and he is wonderful. Mine still works perfectly but I am not interested in adopting him out, I have sentimental reasons also.
When I copy and paste the photo bucket links, they don’t work.
Also, for the record, my Bubba is not the old brown Bubba the Bear, mine is green, and I named him Bubba because I couldn’t say Buster, which is what mom named him
that is not the same bear I have
I can’t find it. But, I did find this. Amazing. Good luck.
Stuffed animals are really a treasure to many people. I was astounded when I found the site. I loved the photos that showed children or just little hands holding the plush toys. Sweet. Thanks, @jca. I hope it helps, @Shiouri.
@bkcunningham: I’m one of those who didn’t throw out my favorites. What I do wish for (and I know there are sites for) are some of my favorite books which were thrown out. I think it’s because of things that I had that I now miss that I’m a bit of a pack-rat.
Thanks for the link, bkcunningham!
You are welcome. I hope it helps.
@jca, I understand. : )
The bear looks like a bear prize via carnival or prize cage in Las Vegas
