How do I connect my TV and PC using an HDMI cable?

I am trying to connect my TV to my boyfriend’s PC. He is out of town, the cable box has spontaneously stopped working, and because it is approximately a hundred thousand degrees I have a fan blowing so loudly I can’t hear TV on my computer.

He has done it before many times, so presumably all the necessary pieces are here somewhere.

The PC has two monitors which are both plugged into the computer.

I don’t see anything that looks like it will fit the HDMI cable. Should I be looking on the computer, or the back of one of the monitors?

Is there a special trick I’m not thinking of?
