Reading through these answers makes me think of the fact that I have lived in my current house for over 20 years, yet I don’t consider it my home. My husband’s company moved us here. I would rather live in Santa Barbara.
My adult grandsons consider this Grandma’s house because I have lived here since they were babies. Two out of the three of them live here with me.
My son considers it home and he barely remembers any other house. He lives in our rental house 18 miles away.

On another continent. I was only 5 months old when we moved into the house where my mother still lives… about 32 miles from where I live now.
About 47 miles north and now that I have bought my home I don’t have any want of moving again
163 miles—city center to city center.
8 miles max. And I live about 1 mile from the house where I grew up. This doesn’t account for the fact that I moved away and lived in several places, including a foreign country. I guess the chickens do come home to roost.
About 25 miles, at the moment.
About 2,170 air miles, according to Web|Flyer.
About 2,530 road miles.
I can see the hospital I was born at from my roof.
But, I have lived in Mexico and all over the west coast and a brief stint on the east coast. It was just dumb luck that I ended up where I started.
116 miles to first home.
118 miles to the home where I grew up.
I too have lived only in the NE…commuting suburb of NYC, Boston, Boston, Boston, NYC, Philly, Philly, and now rural NYS.

246 miles…I always want to ive close enough to see my Mom and I’m not rich!

Exactly as far as the President lives from his birthplace.

About 100 miles. That’s a long way, in this little country.
I’m in the same state, although if my husband would agree we would leave the midwest. (I would love to leave the country for a while but I would be unable to immigrate to any other country)
538 miles by road and channel tunnel… roughly 430 miles as the crow flies…
Only 160 odd miles by road to where I did most of my growing up though (and where my folks still live).
