New to fluther.

you ask questions - other people answer them.
you get points for good answers and you build up a score.
In your profile you specify whuch fields you are an expert at and whenever someone asks a question with your specified field, the question shows up for for you - and you can chose as to whether or not you want to answer. Also once you answer a question, that question is tracked by your profile and you get to see what other people are answering. If you like someone's answer, click in the "great answer" next to their names.
