I don’t know if you have tried this one www.penpalworld.com. I tried it for a while there are still two or three people I email. Encountered no one who was sleazy at least not that I chose to email. The problem was I only connected with a few. But you cast a net and the bigger net you cast the more you will catch. Besides how many strangers do you want to email anyway.
