What are some of your favorite, easy, go-to recipes?

I’ve been trying to surprise my friends/roommates with a new dinner each night when we get home from work but I’m starting to run out of ideas. If you wouldn’t mind sharing, what is your favorite go-to recipe? It can be anything preferably made from scratch as long as it’s not too terribly time-consuming.
