Upper middle abdominal pain?

I woke up this morning with very bad bloating and stabbing pains in my abdomen. It’s been 9 hours and it hasn’t let up. I thought maybe I was constipated, but I’ve had 2 normal bowel movements today and it didn’t help at all. I know you aren’t doctors, but I’m just wondering what this could be (if anything at all..). If the pain continues or worsens, I will go to a doctor. Just looking for some possible answers.
Thanks

Never screw with anything like that. Get to your Dr or ER immediately. it could be all manner of things, all of them bad.
And it’s definately not lady issues? The only time I’ve ever had anything like that was sitting in one position too long, or not drinking enough water. Scary.
Yes, get seen immediately, it could be anything from a gall bladder attack to an appendicitis, a kidney infection or a heart attack.
It could be your appendix. You need to see a doctor immediately to rule that out. if you wait it could burst, which could cause dangerous peritonitis.
1. Quickly pack a bag with some clean jammies and your toothbrush etc. Just in case you end up staying in the hospital.
2. Take the advice given to you above. Visit Dr or Emergency Room without delay.
Not only should you not fool around with something like this, but a doctor will have the advantage of lots of information you haven’t given us…such as age, sex, general health, medical history, recent events, and chronic conditions. Honestly—you have to ask someone who can help you. That means a medical professional, not strangers on the Internet.
Not a question for an anonymous online forum.
@Rarebear Thank You, Doctor. Good advice.
Get the PJ’s and toothbrush, and GO.
Don’t try to drive yourself to the Dr or ER. Get someone to take you or call EMS!!
I’m reckoning – despite not being a doctor – this is an intestinal issue, or a stomach related issue. Stabbing pains that don’t let up are an alarm bell that should sound clear and true for anyone that has them that they need immediate medical assistance. To that end…GET GOING, don’t mess about, call EMS as @WestRiverrat said.
And if it’s not too much trouble, nor perhaps embarrassing, let us know how it goes?
Could be Acid Reflux. I used to suffer from this. I’d eat a pretty bad meal, or spicy meal sleep on it wake up bam there it is! The excruciating pain. Ugh.
I say Acid Reflux because the pain is located atop the abdomen.
What happens is acid escapes the stomach and irritates the valves of the esophagus causing it to become inflamed.
