I think those are both the same type of shark.
EDIT: no, they don’t appear to be the same.
I think it is a leopard shark, there might have been an error in my source.
I was going to say “Bob”, but I see that the question is in General, dammit. So in order to be the least bit useful…
… I have to say that it looks like @marinelife has the right answer. (But I’d still go with “Bob”.)
Definitely a Leopard Shark. Tigers do have somewhat similar spotting on their sides which is a lot brighter when they are younger but thats where the similarities stop. Leopards have inferior mouths and feed mostly on crustaceans where Tigers have a terminal mouth and feed on….well anything (second most recorded attacks on humans). Tigers are also much larger than leopards.
