What part of the day averages the most questions asked on Fluther?
Just curious! What would be your guess, and why?
Mods what are the definitive stats?!

As a moderator, I don’t (as far as I can tell) have access to a database of each question and its time of asking. I can access a database of all of the answers, but it does not provide a list of when they were posted. So, a direct approach does not seems possible.
Sometime later today, I might be able to hand-compile some stats by visiting a large number of random questions.
Mid to late afternoon, EDT, and then again at night, say 9:00 and later.
Ys, I think it is most active in the afternoon – particularly Fridays – and late evening.
Hmmm..hard to say, given the huge variation in time zones. I am in Ca. so I notice that it’s pretty dead after about 9p.m. Pacific time because it is midnight and later for all the east coasters.
Then, of course, for our non-american jelly friends there is a huge time variable compared to anywhere in the U.S. Briton, Australia, etc, all well over a 12 hour time difference.
It is 9 a.m. sharp here in the stormy hills of NorCal.
Good Morning Jellies!
Probably late afternoon, if I’m to judge by what was asked and when it was asked. Just a guess mind you, I usually don’t look at the time, or how many hours ago rather, something was asked. But I do it sometimes, and this is my conclusion based on that. Coloma has a good point with the time zones though.
I’d also note that weekends are particularly dead, when compared to weekdays.
You’d think I’d know the answer to this wouldn’t you? But I don’t. Obviously, it’s busier during the day/evening (in the US), but I can’t be any more specific than that. Bad manager!
It always seems to me like weekend days (weekend days EDT) have the least activity going on.
@augustlan That’s because you’re an owl. steals your pillows :D
HOOT. Give me back my pillows!
Okay…I could never pilfer anyone’s pillows away…but I did sleep on em. XD
Good deal. They smell nice, now. :)
