Can the light in a plasma light be replaced?

I just bought the thing three months ago. Paid $40 for it. The bulb on the inside is burned out. I’m pretty sure it’s totally sealed, and if you break the seal all the gas that makes the electricity escapes…so, I can’t replace it, can I.?

I so hate the thought of throwing it away….
