Can you tell my why I'm getting this error message?

My husband is trying to access a chat site for the KC Chiefs. We can get on the web page ok, but when he tries to go any further he gets an error message: “You don’t have permission to access “http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/team/kansas-city-chiefs/depthchart/67049?” on this server.

It was OK this morning, started about 1:00. Any idea what it means?
