How can I get Scribefire to sync?

I am using Google Chrome on my computers at home and at work. I have downloaded the Scribefire extension and logged my blogs to it. From what I understand Scribefire, being a Google App extension should work exactly the same on both computers. Instead, one computer, my laptop, it works perfectly. On my desktop at work it won’t properly add my blogs. Again, since Scribefire is an extension on Google Chrome the settings should automatically be the same.

Does anyone have any idea what might cause this?
