All my original icons on my desktop have turned into Word doc icons with an extension .ink (ex. Safari.Ink) Help!

I have a Macbook Pro with Windows 7 on it. When I click on one of the icons, it goes directly into a Word document and says….File conversion….name of program and .exe (ex. Safari.exe) Then further down in the box it shows a bunch of symbols and nonsense words.
