Who knows of some good places to go night driving... like... in the country around DFW?

I want to take a girl for a nice drive in the country with the top down and blast some country. Does anyone know a great place to drive outside the city?

Some of the farm-to-market roads west of Denton. Long, straight, flat roads with nothing on them but dust.
