How to download movies or tv shows?

how do you download movies on to your Itouch what do you go on to youtube or limewire I need some help guide me threw it word by word please!

Try MX Tube. It lets you download Youtube videos on your iPod Touch and watch them without a WiFi connection. Search for it on Youtube.
