Can Stun Gun kill Parasite in human body? (500,000 volt )

3 Natural doctors told me I do have parasite infection.(Ascaris,Strongyloides,Faciolopsis Buski). so I took anti parasitic herbs. and they helped me a lot so far. but when I stop taking herbs, the symptoms relapse. So I am now thinking to get stunned by stun gun. 500,000 voltage. one probe on the belly button area and the other probe at the back side around Liver area. and I am trying to see if this is worth to try.
