Why is there a sign that reads "Tamal" in the animated film "Cat in Paris"?

I would like to know what that sign means.. Is it the name of a place or business, or what is it referencing?

Saw the film, don’t remember the sign. What was it on? Maybe it was the name of an ethnic restaurant.
