I would like to know what that sign means.. Is it the name of a place or business, or what is it referencing?

Saw the film, don’t remember the sign. What was it on? Maybe it was the name of an ethnic restaurant.
Googling Tamal initially gets the Mexican dish. Was it a restaurant?
It probably was a restaurant, I’m not sure…
