To @chyna‘s point, the folks at NORAD actually have an android and iOS app for tracking the big guy.

My daughter has been glued to it all day.

Google maps are also tracking Santa this year. (I think because NORAD went with Bing instead of google this year).

You can do it through Google! There is a cute animating of his sleigh being filled too.
