Democracy, Whiskey, Sexy?

About 10 years ago, someone from Turkey (I think) made a video and he said something like “Democracy, Whiskey, Sexy!” in his love for America. He made the rounds on late night TV. Does anyone remember his name? Is there a video of him somewhere?

The only story I know behind the origin of this phrase is this:
When the 101st Airborne first entered Najaf, the media people were asking Iraqis what they thought the Americans would bring. One man responded with “Democracy, whiskey, sexy!”
To my knowledge, his name was never reported.

Hmm… I am pretty sure I saw the guy on Letterman. So, this must be something else. For some reason, I think the guy’s name was Tarek but I am not sure.
