Is there a way I can send a photo from my iPhone 4s camera roll to Flickr and other apps of my choice?

So on iPhone I tap the Photos app and then I select the photo I like, when tap the share tab it only shows, Twitter, Message, Mail, Facebook, Assign to Contact, Print, Copy, Use As Wallpaper.

Is there a way I can drag my Tumblr & Flickr app into this display? Or can I only directly upload from those apps?

Sure, just download the free Flickr app; it’ll guide you through the steps. I don’t know about Tumblr, but I bet they have an app too.

Also if you’re interested in a free site to which you can post to by email rather than uploading and stuff, check out www.posterous.com. This includes pics as well as text so you’d just email them from your photo roll.
