Do any jellies use online American Express banking?

I have a solicitation I received and I just wanted to get some feedback. Savings rate is .9% right now.

barclays US has a better rate – 1.0

And my experience is that AmEx are generally slimy. The construe everything in their favor and don’t give a rat’s ass about customer service.

You might want to look into Inredible Bank (www.incrediblebank.com) – they have good rates and they are a small (non-conglomerate) in rural Wisconsin.
