What should I do with my depression ?
All the members of my family thinks I may have depression. What should I do? It’s starting to affect me quite badly. The stress levels have gone through the roof!
I know I’m well-advised to try some relaxation techniques—like controlling breathing,yoga, meditation, etc. Perhaps I should see a psychiatrist or a therapist to determine what kind of help would be best for me.
