Will they be able to actually sell our photos? I know they took one piece of their proposed policy back, but it seemed quite vague. Anyone following this closely?

Not that closely. But here’s a cartoon about it.
I’m still debating. Even with the first proposal, I didn’t interpret it that they wanted to sell our images. I interpreted it that they could use our content in advertising without getting our consent or compensating us—even if you are a teenager, because they take your agreement to their terms and conditions as meaning that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the app. Their reversion to the old terms and conditions did make it more vague and still gave them rights to use our content anyway they choose to.
