How to make an app like catwang?

I really like the app catwang from 99centbrains and all of their apps, I’ve been thinking about doing something similar for a long time but I have no idea how to do it or where to get started. What kind of code do you use or any information would be helpful :)

If using an Iphone. Just dont. Apple is to the point now where youre need the apple key board to type in the apple development program to unlock the apple programming language to apple your apple apple…. Where is xzibit? I know he is here somewhere…

If youre using and Android then youre going to need the SDK program, Java, and C++.

This will not be an easy adventure for you unless you’re already knowledgeable in the field. Also, be careful of copyrights. People are sue happy now a days.
