I doubt anything to do specifically with the oral sex is causing you to have a sore throat. But it is very possible you picked up an illness from swapping fluids in general, that has led to your sore throat.

Maybe there’s no link, whatsoever, between what happened and your sore throat; it’s wintertime, and you could be getting a cold or flu.
