The thing thats wrong with me is that I had a love one who died, and I don’t feel like talking about it.

You talk about in when your ready, and dont worry too much about what other people think, your the one who knows you best
Just tell them what you said here. That should be enough, then they just need to be there when your ready to talk.
it depends on how
close your friends are
Wer’e very close, but im not the type of person to tell how I feel.
I hope that you have someone to talk to; it doesn’t have to be a friend, but it is not a good idea to keep those feelings bottled up.
tell them that its too personal to talk about right now but when you feel confident that your emotionally stable you’ll tell them. And if they can’t accept that then maybe you shouldn’t be friends.
They should understand and give you your space. Just tell them not to worry and when and if I am ready I will talk. There are a lot of people who would rather not talk about events going on in their life. That’s perfectly fine. Others will talk and talk. Then there are the ones who need time to think, be alone and clear their mind. When they are ready they will talk on their own. When people force you to talk about something it shuts you out more and then you really won’t want to talk to anyone.
Don’t feel pressured. Just tell them you need time.
