Does anyone have a good recipe for chicken masala (or vegetable)?

chicken masala, or do you mean chicken marsala?

I mean masala. It’s an Indian dish. Technically masala is the blend of spices, but usually they just call the dish whatever (chicken/vegie) masala. :)
