Am I able to modify my Fluther username?
I used the names of my husband, dog, and cat when I created a Fluthername. I don’t like my username; it turns out that people think I’m a guy. Is there any way to modify my name, just slightly, without deleting my existing account?

You can contact @augustlan and explain to her why you want your username changed, and it should be possible to keep all of your existing posts under the new name.
Or just start over. Done it many times.
Yes, ask Augstlan. She changed mine a few months ago :) Just let her know what your new username is and why you want to change it. She’s cool!
Usually you get one name change. You ask augustlan and she can do it for you. She usually asks that you put your former name on your profile.
You can get one name change, ask Auggie to change it to what you’d like. The first time is a free pass. Think about it good though, because you can’t change it after that, if you don’t have a very good reason to do so.
