Problem solved. Her name is going to be Finn (Finnegan).

She’s to cute! She looks like my grandpuppy Daisy.

We could have made so many good jokes if you’d chosen Yoko though- lol Happy day!

Mama_Cakes's avatar

Hahaha, I know, I know. :)

Oh, Finn’s pretty cute, but I was going to advocate Acorn ;)

Much happiness to you and your new dawg!!

Shippy's avatar

I like Acorn.

Awe, so cute!!
Congrats on your new dog :) And don’t baby too much.

Looks like her middle name should be “Nervouso”.

Mama_Cakes's avatar

She’s “homely/cute” as my sister would say.

Anyone like the name Olive?

Sunny2's avatar

I’d have to name her Sweetie.

Mama_Cakes's avatar

I may have a brother for her.

bookish1's avatar

@Mama_Cakes : Wellll…. you could name him Finn, and the first dog Acorn ;)

Mama_Cakes's avatar

Haha, I was thinking more Martini and Olive. :)

zenvelo's avatar

I agree with @KNOWITALL , it’s not too late to switch to Yoko. And when the dog is naughty , you could say “Ono!”

deni's avatar

Haha, I like Alice! Definitely go with a human name!

mazingerz88's avatar

And I was about to suggest Chloe. Or Bettina. Or Piper. Or Oona. Or Whimcee.

She is cute as can be! The first name that came to my mind was peanut! Of your list, I like Acorn. In my house she would be sure to end up being called Corny though!!!

nofurbelowsbatgirl's avatar

Name the first one Olive and the next D-O-G spell so it sounds like “Deog”.
Then you’ll have Olive—the—D-O-G

susanc's avatar

Isn’t she some kinda chihuahua though? If so, shouldn’t her heritage be referenced? Like, she could be called Conchita, or, you know, Chiquitita. Or oh dunno, how about Bellota? That’s Spanish for “acorn”. Plus it sounds feisty.

Mama_Cakes's avatar

@susanc Thanks, but no thanks. :)

OpryLeigh's avatar

I love Yoko! Can dogs have middle names?

cookieman's avatar

@Leanne1986: Sure – all my dogs had middle names.

Mama_Cakes's avatar

Guess what? Name change. This time for good. My partner and I actually agree on a name (for once!). Her name will be Tallulah.

rooeytoo's avatar

I can just see you standing on the back porch in your pj’s with the snow falling, shouting at the top of your lungs, “Tallulah, come!! :-)

Mama_Cakes's avatar

Haha, me, too! Don’t you think that she looks like a Talullah? :)

WillWorkForChocolate's avatar

If you’re talking about calling her name loudly, name her Adrian. ;)

“Aaaadriiiiaaaaaaaaaan!”

rooeytoo's avatar

@Mama_Cakes – indubitably!
